Mr. KAMEL ABDEL MALAK

Taxation expert

A veteran taxation expert started his career in the field as a Tax Inspector in the Cairo Corporate Tax Authority specializing in the fields of Petroleum, Engineering, Construction, and Banks. In 1989 he joined Y. N firm tax audit department. In 1995 he became a partner and has since overseen the Tax department. He is a corporate tax expert and maintains good contacts, communications and work relations with his tax colleagues at the Egyptian Taxation Authority.

Ms .Magda Ezzeldin

In charge of handling and conducting accounting & auditing for a large number of famous companies for more than two decades, very well acquainted with the work requirements of the field of her specialty in addition to that she owns wide knowledge, lots of contacts due to the variety of accounting and audits programs she conducts in different business environments . Mr. Ahmad Nabil

Labor Law and Social insurance partner

Mr.Nabilis partner in charge of the Labor Law and Social Insurance Department. Social Insurance Department offers important services to foreign companies especially contracting Companies. This Department arranges all the legal procedures regarding the applied local Labor Law to our clients. Mr. Nabil was formally a Director in the General Organization for Social Insurance.

Able to prepare financial projections Able to test, design and implement internal controls Able to provide training related to the hospitality industry Able to provide hospitality consultations. Able to recommend cost effective methods.
